Cat Water Fountain, Stainless Steel Inside Ultra-Quiet Pump, 2L/67oz Automatic Dog Dispenser Water Bowl, Multiple Pets Water Fountain

All my cats like this fountain, but it is my CKD kitties favorite fountain. We had to buy more of them for different rooms to keep her drinking a lot. Anyone reporting mold or whatever in this just isn't cleaning it for way too long. I have purchased 5 of these. I clean mine every 2-3 weeks, with 4 cats, and have never ever ever had mold or mildew. Ever. Not even once. I used tap water for a few months and got a tiny spot of rust on one once, but that is it. Normally we don't use tap water because it can be very hard on anything metal because yes, stainless steel can still rust if you aren't careful with it. You can research this, but stainless steel is more rust resistant than regular steel, but it is not 100% rust proof. Tap water in many areas can be very hard on it. We normally use our refrigerator water in these fountains. We still use the filters to help with cat hair and litter from their paws (one cat always puts his paw in the water). So just use common sense....keep them clean regularly. How would you like to drink icky water, it can and will upset their tummy. I also wash mine straight from the factory as they recommend, before my first use to get all the dust and stuff off. I also pull the whole motor apart as well when I wash it. It really does not take long to wash at all.

The large front window makes it really easy to check the water level at a glance. As soon as I turned it on, my two Chihuahuas ran right up to it and started drinking without hesitation. They clearly felt comfortable with it right away. The price is just right for the quality, and I would definitely buy this again. Highly recommend

This pump runs quietly and my cats loved it. I cleaned it once a week and changed all filters every two weeks. Ran great for a year and yesterday it just stopped. It won't start and I can't get ahold of the company.

My cat loves this fountain, and I like that it's metal so there's less bacteria. The water Gage is also nice, because so many of them don't say when you need to refill them

This is a very functional, little water fountain. The capacity is great so that you're not filling it every day. It lasts about a week. We needed a replacement part (our own fault - I misplaced the bobber that shows the water level after a cleaning), and customer service was very responsive and helpful! They provided a replacement at no cost!!! I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again.

I loved this fountain for about six months, but now I'm having to replace it.Pros:- Easy to clean - stainless steel!- Cats love it!- Quiet with no annoying light display- Contains enough water for roughly 2 weeks with 3 cats.Cons:- The main con for this might be more of a "Me" problem, but my youngest cat is able to remove the lid on this... He pops the lid off and can dump the entire fountain in minutes. He's super small, so I feel like the fountain should be a little sturdier. I wish this fountain came with a clamp of some kind to keep the lid in place!- Perhaps as a result of my troublesome cat, the motor died! I had two of these, both purchased at the same time, and the motors died within weeks of each other. We purchased replacement motors from this brand, but they didn't fit! So I'll be picking out a new fountain.

Description of item states that it includes 3 filters. I only received 1 filter. I could not afford to purchase recommended bundle, so it will cost me more to get extra filters.
