It works and no I’m not a bot writing a review. I usually buy regular panax ginseng but I gave this a try because of Amazon same day delivery. So to me this gives me a regular awake feeling like I got a full nights rest and I take about three of them any time I feel like Im out of it. This is better for me than anything else because it’s no jitters no rush no crash no worries. Just awake and regular. If you’re expecting a coffee feel or a energy drink feel then this ain’t it. If you just like being awake and have energy to go through the day then his is it. I’ll say it lasts about 6 hours and then I might take another three. It’s up to you but that’s how I do it.

Ive been taking this about a week now and so far I haven't felt any change whatsoever. I'm going to continue until I finish the bottle as I am aware some things take a little longer to start working and will update if anything changes but as far as I'm concerned this was a total rip off.Update: Gave up after a a few weeks of taking daily, they did nothing for me at all. I felt no energy change, no focus change, no "feeling young" as others reviews have said. Save your money!
