I fixed mine in my blender with lots of ice. I found this takes away my summer craving for ice cream. Calorie content in one shake is excellent it's like a I don't want to quote cuz I don't remember but ice cream we're talking thousands of calories.I appreciate them making this so delicious and low calorie. When I put in the ice it makes it more filling

This shake is tasty and really makes you not hungry. Excellent.

This is a great substitute if you're like me and love chocolate thick shakes. I use a little more ice and mix it in a shaker cup. It's perfect and satisfies my cravings. Great to have all summer!

This shake tastes great - and acts as a meal replacement - filling - filled with protein - and youactually feel better after drinking it. The chocolate flavor is good - not a compromise in taste -Not always as filling as other times, but does the job of providing nutrition when cutting backcalories - and there is something to say about a liquid diet when needed. I have purchased thismore than one time and will continue to. I tried many others before choosing this one.

I am giving this 5 stars because it does fill you up and curves my appetite. The taste is not bad either. I paired it with my Ryze coffee and a collegene.

Tastes good, seems to keep my appetite in check. It is a little too sweet for me, but it is definitely doable!

Great shake product. Taste is good. The chocolate mixed with the vanilla tastes like chocolate milk. It’s only 110 calories per serving.
