Good flavor and helps with a energy boost

I have been taking this for awhile now and I have to say I feel pretty good. I have energy again. I feel the difference when I miss a few days.

I work night shift and usually need some sort of extra boost of energy around 2 am. Being that it is winter right now, and there is sickness going around, I thought the Emergen-C with energy would be a good one to try. The box arrived damaged but the contents inside were fine. The individual packets are nice for tossing in my purse or work bag. I mixed one in a glass bottle of about 16oz of cold water. I tossed that into my bag to drink later in the night. When I poured it out into a cup several hours later, I noticed there was quite a bit of 'sediment' in there. It wasn't gritty so I'm really not sure what it was. It tasted great though. It is a nice, light, pleasant taste. It isn't overly sweet and doesn't taste at all like an energy drink. It also does not taste strongly of green tea. It just tastes like a light fruity beverage is the only way that I can think to describe it. As far as the energy boost, it did help a little. I normally drink quite a bit of caffeine, so I have a high tolerance. This of course, did not work as well as an energy drink. But it is a nice change from them. So, this would be perfect for someone looking to avoid energy drinks or that just needs a little pick me up with healthy ingredients. I really like this product and will be ordering more in the future.

This formulation contains some sodium bicarb, which makes it a little bubbly but also pretty alkaline, which is good. The 50mg of caffeine is a bit lite for me, so I take 2 at a time. Good value.

Drink this every morning while I workout. I like to think it helps prevent sickness as well as giving the energy boost I love

This is a nice refreshing morning drink instead of always having coffee. Just the right amount of caffeine and it tastes great and has extra vitamins as well.
