If you are buying for sous vide then go for it.
If you are buying this specifically for sous vide then go for it.It's sized to fit an average sized steak and will fit in the Stainless Steel rack that comes with the 11L Container that you bought to complete your Sous Vide set.Seal to seal it is 15cm wide and you will get around 21 cm depth depending where you put your seal.Without account for that then from the seal to the open side is around 23 cm

Not good at all. Doesn't vacuum properly and neither seal properly. You can easily separate the seal with your hand. Very poor product

Stoped vacuuming the air
I received it the box open but I used it anyway because I needed it urgently after few days it stopped vacuuming the air out only seals the bags. I only used it few times DO Not waste your money.
