This arrived in great condition and as advertised - no odour and it unrolled flat on my hardwood floor. I have not rolled it up since unpacking as I use it daily for stretching and light movement work. This is a pricey item, but it's cheaper than some of the big name brands. I have no regrets as the quality is very good/durable. I have not felt like I would slip on it, though I am not heavily sweating on it. It's easy to vacuum and to clean. The 8.5mm thickness provides excellent padding for me (no discomfort when kneeling), yet it's not soft (as in it's not a sink-into-it padding), making it an effective mat for balance work. Placing heavier items on it will cause an indent, but within minutes, the mat springs back. I got the smallest size (6x4) because that's essentially the amount of space I have, but if I were lucky enough to have a larger space, I would not hesitate to get a larger mat based on my experience with it (I've now been using it for 1.5 months). I enjoy the mat so much that I find myself sitting on it casually, like if I want to sit on the floor instead of an a chair to be able to stretch my hips and legs more. That little bit of padding makes a huge difference. And leaving my mat unrolled is a constant reminder that I should move around (vs being glued to my desk). My mat is in a high-traffic spot in my house, so I have to walk over it all the time. As soon as my foot steps onto it, I'll stop for 5 minutes to do a stretch before going back to my desk.

This is an excellent mat! Very glad we purchased it. We did the obligatory research and kept coming back to this mat. Don't let the number of reviews fool you. This mat delivers. It is thick and works well on our tiled floors. We use it in our home gym, which is a former office. Works well for floor exercises, provides a cushion when doing weight lifting, and we even have placed our workout bench on it. No complaints. Would definitely buy it again!

I have just received my Sense large exercise Mat and I’m very happy with the quality, presentation and feel of the mat. It’s density gives the support without the bulk and is sturdy at the same time. I’m very happy with it thank you.

Just the perfect size to position under my pull up bar. Mine came also with a nice towel. My back was injured in the past. It helps when doing floor work.

Very sturdy. Great surface grip. I would buy it in more colours if available. I keep same size yoga mat on top to have a bit of softness and extra padding when I’m exercising
