Nice phone, but the performance of the front flash is a bit poor, both cameras are very good

I had major issues with this phone. Bought it for my wife. The phone would take the better part of a day to charge 16hrs and then would loose the charge quickly. This is not bashing the phone as I know of others who have the same phone and have an excellent experience. I may just have gotten a bad apple. But the review is for the sellers. Took me a week to get a proper response. The initial responder responded after two days putting out the weekend. said he would have to talk to his bosses and then no response for a next three days Making it a full week after.
