I am a firm believer in the Bach's flower remedies. I made my own tincture combination when going through a very, very difficult time in the last couple of years. They worked so well that I did not have to take prescription medication such as an antidepressant or anti-anxiety med. Elm is my favorite because it takes away feeling overwhelmed and helps me to more cheerfully accomplish all my responsibilities without feeling irritated or resentful.

Elm is fabulous when one is feeling overwhelmed. It has saved my sanity many times when I just can't cope with too much to take care of. I give a bottle to anyone planning a wedding, lol! I usually do 4 drops in a glass of water & if I'm super stressed, I chug that glass. Then I do 4 drops in another glass and sip that one. I call it a "calming cocktail." It can easily be mixed with Rescue Remedy if needed. Bach remedies work amazingly well!!

I Love Bach Flower essences ~ all of them ~ dependant on what is going on in my kitty world...it helps to soothe them when I get the combination correct for the issue they are having...LOVE the Bach brand...better then the rest!
