Q: Is it really machine washable and dryable? Do the feathers stay put inside?

Find a white goose down blanket. The feathers and down need to be white, otherwise when you wash it, you see all the gray and brown feathers and it really does ruin it. I learned the hard way. I have had mine for years and wash it at the laundry matt and it looks like new. Problem is I bought it at QVC and they don't carry it anymore.

Q: What is the size of the Full/Queen including the satin trim? Would it fit in a 86"x86" duvet cover?

It's 90"x90", it can't fit in a 86"x86" duvet cover, by the way, it's a blanket not a comforter, it will be a little cold if you only cover the blanket.

Q: Approximately how wide is the satin trim? Can it removed without damaging the blanket?

You could but it gives a finish look the trim is 1 inch wide
