Some people will use more than one tablespoon, so a high-sodium product. Only four grams of added sugars.We didn't find it overly sweet, but just right.Ingredients are posted in searchable format for all and especially those with ingredient sensitivities.Best by date is July 2024, so 1.5 to two years after manufacture.Comes packed in a (sometimes) recyclable sturdy plastic bottle. Coded as type 1 resin.I prefer plastic bottles as they are less likely to break if dropped.The cap is a black screw on and off with flip open squeeze dispenser. The bottle, but not the cap, were sealed for safety, leak prevention, and freshness.A good value when offered at about $1.70 at the time of our review. That's about $.11 per ounce.

This sauce adds a great flavor to any food. The bottle is very large considering the price. It arrived intact and the use by date is far away. I have purchased it two other times. It is a quality food item. I stopped buying it in the grocery store. I have shared it with family members and they really like it. We use it for cooking or to enhance food items that are already prepared.

I used this to make teriyaki chicken and stir fry and this sauce is delicious. It’s nice and thick and not at all watery. It’s sweet but not overly so. It makes tender chicken even more flavor.I had never made teriyaki chicken before but I’ve gotten as take out before and this sauce is better than anything you can get from any store. Between the size of the bottle and the taste it’s worth the money and I definitely plan on buying it again.

I misread the label and it has sesame seeds in it. We can't have that. Taste is good though.

Not the greatest Teriyaki flavor sauce I've tried, it's thick but tastes a little bit funny.I live in Hawaii where we have access to good flavor Teriyaki.I'll be charitable and give it 3 stars because it was cheap.

Good flavor but not overpowering, umami and sweet. Thick sauce so you don't need a ton to flavor. Makes a great marinade diluded with water, or as is for stir fry and meat, or even as a dip for whatever.
