Pouches are about half the size of moist and meaty pouches.
There may be 18 pouches instead of 12 but the pouches are about half the size of "moist and meaty". Since purina makes both you can compare ingredients just to see which quality you prefer. The smaller pouches don't seem a better value but maybe the ingredients are different. Just compare first. I think the "generic" moist and meaty some stores have, have the first ingredients as beef by products and high fructose corn syrup.

Price isn't much better than what's available at the local grocery store
Price isn't much better than what's available at the local grocery store. The product itself is great for aging small dogs with missing/barely functional teeth who have trouble with normal kibble.

My 13 year old chihuahua can eat!!
Good price. Sometimes have a hard time finding similar products for my elderly dog. He prefers hard food but is 13 years old and had a few teeth pulled. This is a happy medium for him ;)

My pup loves this food.
My pup likes this flavor and he also likes the beef/steak flavor. I tried to cancel the roast beef/chicken flavor and order the streak/beef but the ordering page wouldn't let me switch flavors. I have plenty of the chicken...I wanted to add the steak/beef for variety that I know my pup will love...before he gets bored with the chicken.

I rec'd this nov. 19 2019. use by date says nov. 2019. fresh product matters to me.

My Dog loves this food!

Good to mix with wet dog food
I mix this with the dog's wet food and she eats it right away. She doesn't like any dry food by itself. She likes this one better than she does the other brands I've tried.
