Are these fancy high illumination specialty lights? No. But that being said, they are actually really bright. I have other lights that are brighter. But for the money the battery last a long time and charges easily. It is light in weight and small enough to put in a pocket or not create drag while diving. The strap works great and hold well, I just wish it wasn't as long but you can fix that easily. Cuts through dark water well and works great during night dives! I would buy again. And a great buy if you are diving on a budget

This light was super bright underwater in the lake. It seems to be knock proof because I dropped it on a rock and it still works great! It's definitely waterproof and the port seals up well. The handle opening is convenient to make sure its always easy to grab. The charge seemed to hold for as long as we needed it. I didn't actually scuba dive with it, but as a waterproof flashlight, it works great!
