We owned an older version of the same time clock that we used for years. Went ahead and got the same one (us old people are set in our ways). Works great and easy to set up considering the number of functions it allows you to program into it. Very easy to use and keeps everything simple for payroll.The only function that this doesn't have that the old one did is the ability to put the day of the month next to the time when you clock in or out. You are able to program it to put the day of the week (in a number of different languages) next to the time but for most people, I imagine, it wouldn't matter.Great product, nonetheless, and a pretty good price even though I can't understand why all time clocks are so expensive (just figure the same technology would get cheaper over 10 years).

This is the new R model. Works great. The programming can be a little challenging but I called tech support and they cleared my confusion up post haste. This is our third unit over many years. As this is mounted in a non heated area I wish the temp. range was lower, say 10 below F.

We have had an Acroprint Time Clock for years. I love how simple it was to set-up and for the employee's to use. We do not need a time clock with all this fancy stuff. Just punch in and punch out.We had to replace one (that we had for several years) a couple of years ago and ever since then we had to replace two more. The first one we had lasted for years. This last one did not even make it a full year. The warranty is good for two years so I may send it in to see what happens. I would really love to purchase another but cannot take a chance the next one may only last six months.

I had their old version bought back in 2005. It was so stupid. It had a battery for front clock, setting it up was painful and if battery ran out you had to open it up and two clocks didn't match if battery was not replaced. Workers managed to break the wire after ten years and I bought this one. Although its setting up is still a little time consuming and idiotic but both clocks get synchronized by wall. Bingo. Also it gets a small electric line by adaptor not a cumbersome wire like before to be exposed to denting. I think they have done major improvement over the old version.

i have had to call customer 3 times since i bought this 2 months ago.the first one stopped working just a week after i bought it,but they did exchange that one.i will keep my fingers crossed that this one will keep working

Bought this time clock and I am glad I did, takes the stress out of keeping record of time when employees come in. Had a slight issue programming it, though the book could have been clearer, but i got through with a little patience and highly recommend it.

Last Acroprint I had last almost 7 years! This one works just like the one I had but better. I would Recommente it!

Work really well

Works like a charm. The after service with the manufacturer was great and informative.

Appears to be a nice time recorder out of the box......however......you have to be a Nasa rocket scientist to figure out how to perfect all the settings. Frustrating to say the least. Not intuitive at all. Constantly having to read the manual front to back and back to front to get it working on its most basic functionality. There must be a better way!
