These turmeric curcumin black pepper chewy’s are good and satisfy. The black pepper for me is a little strong, but that doesn’t last long. I got a package to try them out and see how well they work.

I bought these for all the things it states on the package it supports. I should have read the ingredients first because they list Tapioca Syrup and Raw Cane Sugar as the first ingredients which means these have lots of sugar in them. They chew like water taffy which is candy. Granted 2.5 grams of sugar per cube (5 grams of added for 2 cubes) does not sound like a lot, but it you are trying to stay away from sugar for health reasons, and the fact that almost everything has added sugar to it these days, it adds up. I admit, they taste great and I am hoping my the time I am done with the back I will see some results. If I do, I will just look for another delivery system with less or no sugar.Secondly, it uses Palm Oil which is harvested usually from the Rain Forest, which they burn down to plant the Palm Trees. So I try to avoid anything with Palm Oil in it. It was basically a "healthier and shelf longevity" substitute for Hydrogenated Oils which are bad for us and it never leaves the system ( I have heard). Anyway I give these four stars because they are convenient, tasty and hopefully work. I may do an update once the bag has been consumed.
