Brilliant! Just as good as the much more expensive single or two-pack ones you buy in high street chemists. I've used two so far, after I did something to my lower back last week and it's been quite painful. I use the battery pack ones at home, but they're quite cumbersome so I prefer these belts for days I'm out or in the office as they are discreet and not at all bulky. I put on today's belt 12 hours ago and it is still hot - not just a bit warm, but hot! The belt is comfortable, smooth and stretchy, and the fastening secure. I'm so impressed! At this bargain price for 10 I hadn't expected them to be so good. I do something to my lower back 3 or 4 times a year, so I'm going to get another 10-pack to keep in stock so that I never need to make an expensive panic buy in the shop again!

Works well. Heats up fast and adheres solidly to clothing. Have had problems with other brands with not sticking properly to clothes and the heat not very well or finishing too soon. I like that these in their range are shaped. Eg the shoulder and back ones. Are nice size, so get to pain more.

Great for warmth on lower back pain. Adjustable waist but could be slightly better for comfort. But overall value for money. Would buy again.

These are amazing. I have lower back issues which makes walking long distances or standing for too long painful and uncomfortable. These pads make it possible to be more active. They are comfortable and do remain hot for 12 hours. I am on my 3rd box.

I bought these due to my brand of choice being unavailable and frankly they were always too much for what they were. They were pretty okay to decent but every time I thought of that I was reminded they were £3 each and they should be better than that for that price. The brand I prefer that's been around longer in the UK is much better and now with the price jumping £5 in days they cost the same from third party sellers I further can't justify these. A fair price for these I feel I would be £1.50 each, not £3 and certainly not their new price of £3.50. This price is also without having the brand behind them the other does as well as the better technology and functionality and they don't pay for space in Boots. I won't be repurchasing unless the price goes down. They will never be my go to and now I wouldn't touch them as a backup. Greedy company.

Bought them for my son as he has sciatica and they have really helped him immensely. I most certainly would buy these for back problems and it stays nice and warm all day. Would recommend these for sure.
