I feel more energy taking this. I also give a small amount to my senior dogs and they are doing very well. I have read the research and so I add this as part of our regular preventative maintenance health care. It lasts a LONG time, so while it may seem expensive, it is a great value for the money. It is easy to use. I usually just put it in a smoothie. It doesn't really taste like anything.

The product came compromised, the powder is rock solid and it smells like rancid oil. My friend purchased one around the same time and hers also came compromised, the powder was solid but it looked like the humidity got in.

Please read ENTIRE message. I have ordered this supplement twice before via Amazon. The first two orders came through without issues. The third one received in JUlY 2025 was spoiled. The powder had somehow not been properly sealed in the container and product is unusable, and very hard. I then contacted the company NTFACTOR dot Com directly and they apologized immediately and took full responsibility and I was told there was an issue with this particular production run of this specific size container. I was told that this size container was the main issue. And, as a customer, a replacement amount of the 2 smaller containers is being shipped to me as I write this. The company is amazing, and as a health practitioner, and having been challenged by health issues myself, I find this product very helpful. And the company customer service took care of this issue quickly. Amazon suppliers across the board could take lessons from these folks. 2 stars for product and 3 stars for customer service, and so a total of 5 stars for how it was handled by NT Factor.

This is an amazing product. I buy it for my 92 year old mum and it keeps her youthful and mentally fully alert.

This product seems expensive, but you only use 1/8th tsp per day; it lasts a long time. Highly recommend.

My product arrived faulty - it was like a clump of cement and not powder. A few previous reviewers had mentioned this but I purchased it notwithstanding this as I assumed NT would have recalled the batch. It was not the case. The company offered to send a replacement once new stock arrived but I note that a previous reviewer said the company had sent him 2xsmaller ones as a replacement. This was not offered to me. For an expensive item that people rely on for health and well-being, the additional wait was unacceptable. In addition, I was told the seal on the outside was faulty. I don't think that was the case unless the product was submerged in a flood! It was faulty manufacturing that allowed liquid in. To me, the seal etc was acceptable, even if not the best. I dont think the company was being perfectly honest. I am unable to comment on the quality or effectiveness of the NTFactor Lipids as I havent been using it long enough yet. NT needs to care for their product and their customers.

I tried this for many months, nearly finished the whole tub. I suffer from me/cfs and have tried everything. I can add this to the list that did not work for me. It also went very wet and clumpy around half way through the tub, even with humidity capsules inside. this is not to say that phospholipids might help me/cfs. I just dont think this worked well. You can purchase phospholipid tablets for cheaper. And you could also find a Dr who might do a phospholipid intravenous drip. this might work better, but sadly I cannot find a Dr in my country who would do this. I would honestly save your money and buy other supplements if you are aiming to help with me/cfs. especially things around gut health and diet. All the best my fellow chronic illness warriors
