Has lasted well. Used on a daily basis for muscle aches and pain. A good sizes for great coverage. With the quilting you don't loose all the beads to one end it's evenly spread across the pack. Definitely buying again.

Great for pain relief ,only downside is the heat pads for microwaves do not stay as hot for long unlike a conventional hot water bottle. However safer ,and perfect for shoulder, hand or knee pain ,be prepared to reheat frequently .

Terrible item do not purchase 1. Does not heat up at all 2. Got damaged in the first use and spilled beans all over the microwave

The pad is OK but as the filling is quite loose it loses heat quite quickly. This is especially noticeable in this cold snap. If being used to heat a specific area it's probably OK but when trying to heat frozen feet it struggles and needs more than 1 go in the microwave. My wife's - which she's had for years -has more filling and retains the heat for much longer.

I like the lavender colour ,how it's so soft yet good weight . I use it on my neck shoulders back and knees . I have osteoarthritis and this helps loads . It folds where sewn sofits comfortably wherever it's used. You need to start off with a few seconds then you can gradually get up to 2.5 minuits which is more than hot enough. If it dries out ,place a small amount of water in a microwaveable pot or similar with the heat pad and do a minuit in the microwave a few times and it should bring it back to life. But ... dont keep using it if its dry as you will ruin the beans inside. Brilliant I'm really happy and feel comforted when using it. It's like a cuddle ❤

I got this heat pack before but it was longer and a bit narrower. I prefer the longer one personally.

Heat pad worked as advertised. It took about 1.5 minutes in the microwave to get it toasty hot. There does seem to be some moist heat coming from inside. I used it over my shoulder for a rotator cuff issue. It is large enough to stay in place - good soothing effect. It stayed hot for 10-15 minutes - good thermal mass. Easy to reheat again once it is warm.

Bien coté chaleur qui apporte du confort mais ne dure pas longtemps (max 40 mn, mais bon facile a réchauffer) pas 60 secondes mais bien 85/110. Dans mon cas (capsulite épaule) cette "bouillotte" est trop lourde malheureusement, parce que fait du bien quand même
