I used it for the past 3-4 months. Overall it is a powerful battery, BUT all three USB sockets became loose, sunk inside of the case and no longer work! Very poor craftsmanship for the interface. Minor remark : battery counter should have an orientation otherwise it is impossible to distinguish between say 09 and 60 percent remaining power. Hindsight 20/20, I would rather go with established brands such as Anker or RAV.

This Power Bank packs a lot of power, but its extremely heavy. That fact combined with its small size make it "dense". I has fallen and/or slipped from my grasp several times and it does not bounce well, to say the least. These have been small drops, but in each case something inside has shaken loose and no it only works on 1 of the 3 charge ports. Also - another major flaw - I have LOTS of experience with "fast" chargers (2.0 chargers). This is NOT one of them. In fact (even when I first got it), my cell phone would always (always!) pop open an annoying window warning me that I had plugged it into a "slow charger". Very disappointing for the money, though I will grant that it will charge a lot of stuff.

Arrived at 0% charge. Attempted to charge. Micro USB port was loose, and pushed in, Unable to gain a good connection or charge. Immediate return.GREAT concept but I guess there was no "Proof of concept" in manufacturing. They seem to have a 10-15% return/poor quality rate. Unacceptable in most manufacturing. REALLY unacceptable when a Lithium-Ion battery that can catch fire...

Love it. Works very well. Holds charge to give charge.

This unit works great. I use it mainly for time lapse photography, mostly with a Sony a7S, and it powers my camera for hours. I used to have to replace the battery in the camera several times, especially when shooting at night... that problem is gone now.

Charges my galaxy phone super fast even when simultaneously charging my kids' iphones. The only con is that it is quite heavy, seems quite delicate so you have to be very careful, and it does take a while to fully charge the unit itself. Otherwise, this is a great product!

Unequivocally, thus far, this is the best purchase I've made. Several times already the Vinsic 28000mha Power Bank has proven to be a life saver with its plethora of features. I particularly, like the LED power readout and the fast charger that keeps my mobile devices on the ready.

I have a 10000mAh that lasts just as long as this one. Likes to shut off after the LED indicator goes away. It doesn’t do it every time. Not impressed.
