This little ball bit is a great value, high quality and perfect for gently exfoliating around the cuticles. It’s super effective at cleaning up dead skin without being harsh or scratchy, and I love that it works with both rotation directions. Definitely a staple for clean, polished prep. I use this with cuticle oil to remove dead and dry skin from around my nails. It does an excellent job.

Perfect for those small spaces on the cuticle

I really liked the grit on the bit, smooth enough to not hurt but coarse enough to get the cuticle out. Downside was, it was too sharp at the top for me. It might've been the way I used it, but it was so sharp I nipped myself twice even at my E-File's lowest setting. It was as sharp or even sharper than a toothpick. I'm sure you might be able to get more out of it if you're more experienced, but it definitely requires a certain level of skill to use safely. I had to return it because I just couldn't use it safely on myself.

My daughter is just learning and this bit is easy to use and helps her clean up her edges to get a more professional look. The bit fits in my drill as Weill as hers.
