You just insert handlebars and adjust the height. It is defective, one of the wheels does not work. The company also will not help you return/refund the damaged product.

My problem with the product is1) I was first sent a mobility walker that had plastic nuts. Took tan days to get a workable product.2) The walker doesn’t have “locked” position on brakes. How is a person with mobility issues supposed to apply brakes, keep it in that stopped position to be able to sit on the seat!!!3) The product went on sale for 700 rupees less between these times and AMAZON REFUSED to Refund this amount!!!Apparently the manager was “unavailable “ to take customer call. So if I want to avail the sale I have return this and wait for another ,maybe, ten days to get a workable product!!! In the meantime if my father falls perhaps Amazon should take the responsibility and foot the hospital bill.

It is very sturdy and functionalFolding and unfolding is very simple.Rolls very smoothly floors and carpetThe seat cushion is feels very comfortable to sit in. As I sit on it, my weight doesn't force the cushion to collapse. The cushion holds its form very well, while still providing good support for my body, there are multi adjustable handles,It folds easily into a car. I highly recommend this walker and the company that makes it.

I bought this for my Grandma. she needs a good walker with wheels. She's delighted with it, and uses it both in her apartment and around her building. and is quite reasonably priced. It provides her the confidence and independence she wanted. Win, Win for everyone. When she gets tired, she just sits on the seat for a few minutes. We added a 'walker bag' to carry her cordless phone, etc. For a stubborn person who refuses to move to assisted living or a nursing home, this is essential. This rollator is light weight, well built and dependable. Money well spent.

My 88 year old mother walks long distance with the help of this Walker.It's useful and beautiful.
