Definitely does it job, I have oily skin and this dries out any acne I have active and by the next day it’s flat. Worth every penny! It is a little strong if you put the treatment close to your eyes or nose but nothing out of the extraordinary. Add to skincare overnight if you have bumps pop up, it will do the job! Very easy to apply.

Definitely works! This is not a moderate to severe acne treatment. This is for mild acne. I’ve tested it on my own skin and I can safely say it is for mild acne. I have mild, moderate and sometimes severe acne caused by sugar, foods, hair oils and skincare products. This was tested on all of those and I came to find that for me, it only helped with mild acne and didn’t effects on my moderate to severe acne patches. I have very sensitive skin, so it can make the infected spots a little irritated and red, but other than that it doesn’t bother me too much. Normally I must use products that are made for sensitive skin to clear acne and I was expecting my face to puff up, become intensely sensitive or red when using it, but this didn’t do that much at all. It must be used consistently to see results! Consistency is key. I’d say all in all a great product for mild acne!

So I bought this because of the ratings, but calicylic acid hasn't typically helped my acne in the past- white head or cystic. I usually get hormonal cystic acne every couple of weeks on my chin. I also have the bad habit of trying to open them with a half sterilized needle. But I was trying to move away from that and just use topical creams so I don't add scarring to my face.So I used this and it worked so well to just keep adding this cream. Then I thought, well maybe I just never gave salicylic acid a good try, so I'll buy some less expensive salicylic acids.They did nothing.So I bought this again and BAM ! Houdini acne.This dries your skin a bit on the applied area if you go full Rambo several times a day like I do but some of us prefer dry skin and an enzyme scrub over acne. Nothing has ever actually worked for my cystic acne except a couple days' treatment with this. Buy it. Or don't. Some say it's a free country

Works better than the many other drugstore treatments I have used. Of course I hoped for a miracle, but this was very close!

Starts working right away. The liquid is clear when applied to face. Used for a few random pimples on the face, helped within the day. Comes out of the tube very fast/easily. I used a qtip to apply. Once applied, it feels nice and does not leave a residue.

Purchased for daughters after I was given a high recommendation for the quick healing of a bad acne outbreak. This was my second purchase because it fulfilled its job and the youngest requested more!

I bought this because my usual brand discontinued their product, and I had heard of this brand. I knew that the product did not contain the same percentage of acne treatment and is salicylic acid not benzoyl peroxide. My issue with the product is that it smells HORRIBLE! The result was a product that did not do a great job controlling breakouts and was unpleasant upon application. So, lesson learned..don't buy something that has less than what you are used to using.
