Not really knowing what to expect i gave it a chance yesterday. Already went to a chiropractic adjustment and everything was just sore and tense, particularly my hips. I put the belt behind me and laid down to use it. I only began with 6 minutes as a test to make sure my skin and all was going to be ok and it was just fine. I felt the muscles relax and the pain in my hip eased up. Didn't fix it 100% but was faster releif than any pill and allowed me to get good rest. After major abdominal laparoscopic surgery 3 months ago, I am hoping this red light therapy belt will aid in the continued healing of external scars. Also I’ve read that it can help with blood sugar control and internal healing. So far it has been super easy and convenient to use. The belt itself is lightweight and the vibration feature is very quiet. I will update in a few weeks on the benefits I experience! Update: after my 5 month post surgery follow up - my internal healing is better than expected and my external scars continue to look better every week!

I love that this belt has vibration in addition to red light therapy - there are NIH studies indicating vibration enhances connective tissue healing. My other LifePro red light products lack vibration and I wish they had it. The belt can accommodate people of many shapes and sizes, as well as a variety of different body areas. I suspect it will last for years to come. MY only gripe (as with literally every other LifePro product I own) is the cord design. I use it primarily on my lower back. Depending upon which orientation I wear the belt, the cord sticks straight up or straight down, neither of which is optimal. Instead, a better idea is to have it come out one side or the other. Coming out from the top, the cord can stick up and get into the way of one's arms. Coming from the bottom, it is easy to accidentally disconnect it when it drags against the chair or whatever surface upon which one is sitting/lying. Couple this with the curious design choice of using a USB-C connector which offers very little in the way of disconnection resistance, and we have a recipe for an interrupted session and some minor annoyance. The cable needs either a mechanism to reduce the strain on the existing USB-C connector, or a more secure connection altogether. The various vibration intensities and vibration coverage are sufficient, and as I mentioned, this is one of my favorite things about this product. For the quality of construction and overall functionality, it's worth the price for me.

I love my life pro. I use it regularly for muscle soreness and it works great. I also use it on my stomach it is very effective and comfortable to use. I purchased two for family and friends!

Love my belt. Works as described and easy to use. I can take it anywhere with the travel bag. Lightweight. Comfortably adjusts. Still haven’t seen results but it’s still early on bc I just started it like a week ago.

Oh my, what can I say... I slept wrong on my shoulder and it got cold during the night and It hurt me for a few days and the pain would not go away. I put the belt on for 30- minutes and the heat was very soothing and the lights did their thing. It was the best I had felt in a few days. Used it for a few days in a row and I am now mobile and pain free again. I love this Belt. My son uses it for his back whenever he gets sore and it works magic. He has his own now. If you've been on the fence about getting one or have doubts if it works. Get it, It does work. I don't want to be without it. LOVE IT!!
