These fully light quickly and easily (I use a torch). But like with all quick light coals, they don't last as long as coconut ones. They can make you smell a bit when lighting though. These burn nice and evenly and do last a bit longer than other quick light. Yes, I do recommend these if you do quick light coals. Especially for the quality for the price.

Work well, fast lighting, great purchase. Also liked the variety of colors. Wasn't much of a smell, just like lighting a match

My only complaint is that when you first light these they have a bad smell that lingers and the taste is terrible if you don't let it burn really good before hitting your hookah. I blow on mine until I start seeing that it is turning to ash in several places around the edges and that they are completely orange all around. After that though they burn pretty well and the colors are cool on some of them.
