Best decision I ever made was switching to liquid Vitamins
First time trying Vitamins in liquid form (b1) and so far, I am amazed. I always liked soft-gels and capsules because of convenience. You can just pop 'em right out of the bottle (no matter where you are) or wrap them in paper towel if you're on the run. Unfortunately, hard pills, soft-gels, and capsules have so many unnecessary ingredients that cause issues for me since getting out of the hospital in 2018 (lymphoma). I am sensitive to everything. I've been on a mission for a few years to find vitamins with the least amount of unnecessary ingredients. Every bottle has some useless poison included. For the first time in years it crossed my mind to try liquid. I didn't think the ingredients were going to be any different than the pills (why would it be?), but turns out the listed ingredients are glycerin and purified water, just two things versus the 5 to 10 things in pill form. immediately after taking a light sense of wellness came over 🤠. I followed it with (b2) which further enhanced the situation. Not sure if this is a honeymoon faze (which is likely the case) but here we are! I wish I would've tried this long ago

dosing properly
so i bought this and never considered how much actually NEEDED to be taking! after reading an article about taking too many vitamins, i started checking all of mine. since this particular vitamin did not offer a suggested dosing-only a serving size and breakdown of how many mg you could get in a dropper-i decided to post this question:The recommended daily allowance of thiamine is 1.2 mg for males and 1.1 mg for females over the age of 18 years. How many ml is in one dropper full?and this is the answer i got:Thank you for reaching out! We understand the you want to know how many ml is in one dropper full. One full dropper holds approximately 2 ml of our B1 supplement, which contains 12 mg of thiamine.Since the recommended daily allowance (RDA) is around 1.1–1.2 mg, you would only need about 1/10 of a dropper, or roughly 4–5 drops, to meet 100% of the RDA.Drop sizes can vary slightly, but this is a close estimate. We hope this helps—and feel free to reach out if you have any more questions!Best Regards,Team Think Abovesooooo i had been taking approx a FULL dropper (which this dropper is weak so it was two halves!) thankfully i asked-and tho B1 is water soluable and the extra was flushed away but what a waste! just thought other people might want to know!

Excellent choice
It’s very concentrated, excellent as I have malabsorption and very low on all B vitamins.
