This is by far the easiest faucet to install that i have ever seen. works great. very pretty and great value for the money

Quality fixture. I was reluctant at first to buy this item thinking that if it was of lower quality, I would return it. It’s of high quality and equal to any of the higher cost brands.

Just installed the faucet, so can’t speak to durability. But from an install standpoint, it was a breeze. You do need to make sure you have a little room between the back of the faucet and your backsplash. Mine was tight and the Allen key was a little challenging. But mounting it to the countertop was a very easy and smart design. Also looks very nice and operates smoothly!

Installation was easy. Great design where you don't need to deal with any basin wrenches. Can install the faucet all from above the counter and just need to go under to hook up the supply lines. Great faucet body with solid heft. Mine had a bad cartridge or seal and produced an insidious leak that did a few mL of water over 10 min. I was lucky to have been working on something else under the counter and noticed. Who knows how much damage it could have caused if I hadn't I tried contacting Kraus but they wanted to send me a replacement cartridge and have me do the work on the unit myself; not to say the liability I'd assume in attempting repair work on it myself after already being so inconvenienced. Not the experience I'm paying this amount of money for. Ended up returning this unit to Amazon and buying a replacement in a different model instead.

I bought this faucet to match with the faucet I put in my larger kitchen sink, and it does match perfectly…however what I didn’t take into consideration was that it does not have a pull out hose feature which I wish I had. Until I find one, this will stay in place. It is a beautiful match though.

I installed this faucet with the same branded sink in my basement bar about 6 months ago. The faucet is a higher quality than what I was expecting for the price I paid. I couldn’t justify the price of a Moen, Koehler, or even American Standard....but would purchase this faucet again if needed. Like any stainless steel, there are some water spots after regular use that need to be cleaned off, but no more on this brand than any other. Installation was straight forward, all supplies were included like the braided water lines, and the faucet is adaptable for several thicknesses of counter tops. Don’t be bothered by the name brand, it is a quality product.

I purchased this for a laundry room sink upgrade. I have Kraus products in my kitchen so I'm aware of the high quality and great functionality. This model looks and works superb. It was a breeze to install and it dropped in from the top and tightened down. Highly recommended. Hoses were plenty long for hook up to hot and cold supply lines. Instructions were easy . Item was well packaged.

This faucet fit the bill for my basement bar. It was very easy to install and looks great.

Excellent quality with a clever collar/base unit which permits fitting from above. No scrabbling about under the sink.! BUT, and this is a big BUT, the tails are not the size described and they are bonded to the tap so replacing them is not an option. Having assumed they were the US std thread, as UK thread appeared not compatible, I eventually discovered that the female thread on the tails is M14. This is not a std size in UK and it took some weeks to source a female 1/2” to male M14 fitting from contextpneumatics.com based here in uk who now machine this specific fitting to cater for US imports. Trust this helps those struggling with the problem.

Kraus Türkiyede hizmet vermediği için yardımcıda olamıyorlar. Tek çare CNC özel kesim yaptırmak fakat ilerde en ufak problemde yine çaresiz bırakacak. Amazon uyumsuz bir ürünü neden satıyor anlamış değilim. 3/8 yazmasına aldanmayın Amerikan 3/8 ve bizdeki 3/8ler aynı değil milimlik uyumsuzluk var.

Wanted a smaller faucet for our bar sink and this is exactly that. Matches our big faucet. Good size for bar sink. Works well. Good quality and definitely spot free.
