Insoles are fine. Product is over packaged, came in a fancy heavy duty box, a wasteful way to wrap a common everyday product.

I purchase a pair of these insoles. At first there seemed to be double the discomfort as I needed to break them in. After a couple weeks, I got used to them and the discomfort dissipated. Relieving me of pain & discomfort.After about 5 months of relief I've started to feel the discomfort once again.Quality: Help with discomfort for about 5 months before having to replace them.Support & Arch support are good while they last.Effectiveness: Works short-term.Dr. Scholl's does make better insoles but you'll pay more but their worth it!

Worth every penny!! Before every step I took was painful and had been for almost a year.
