Nice mat, not my forst from them. But the printing is not as crisp and bold as in the pictures, almost like grey on black, not white

it came in a plastic bag that was then folded in half in the mailing envelop, which was a large enough mailer to have held the mat completely flat. The folding resulted in a 1.5 inch stress crack/break in the rubber on the backside, which was completely unnecessary if it had been shipped flat. I would like to ask for a replacement, but will they wreck that one too by folding it? Most of the printing and diagram details are gray rather than bright white. So it is not as easy to read and use as it could be. Not as white as the product ad shows. The 3 spring are bright white. and the big "P320" lettering is bright white, everything else is gray.
