Keep Charlie Horses away!!!!!!!!!

Overdose on Eidon Ionic Minerals Liquid Iodine Supplement
LOVE how much money I'm saving, using just 3-4 drops per day of the Eidon Ionic Minerals Liquid Iodine Supplement. I had been taking 810 - 1080 mcg per day of iodine via kelp capsules, when I decided to try Eidon Ionic Minerals Liquid Iodine Supplement. Their recommended dose of 1 tbsp (150 mcg) turned out to be a massive overdose. Would have rated it 5 stars if their recommended dose had worked.

Reduction in fatigue & slightly higher energy levels
I'll need to use this product longer to monitor the affects, but so far so good. Objective of this product (for me): I'm taking this Iodine supplement to help with thyroid function. More detailed updates to come with time. Pros (short term): -My energy levels have increased marginally (most noticeably in the morning) -Fatigue is easier to shake Cons (short term): -None at the moment Perspective: This product, in my view, is something of a catalyst. In small amounts it can be good for you, in high doses, it can be toxic and damaging to your health. Consistency, rather than quantity ingested, leads to balance.
