Alison Kingsgate Modern 80X60CM White Picture Frames- Engineered Wood Photo Frame with Shatterproof Perspex Front- Ideal for Posters, Certificates & Artwork- Wall Mount or Tabletop Display

I sell my art in the local garden centre so I regularly buy Alison Kingsgate frames. Their whole range of frames are well made and great quality for the price. I was spending more than £40 on a single frame which makes it too difficult to sell and cover my costs. These frames mean I can sell my pictures for a reasonable price and they look great. I also donate a lot of my pictures to various clubs and charities and these frames mean I can present them perfectly - it raises hundreds of pounds for charity (over £1,000 in 2025) so I am really pleased I found this firm.

The frame is ideal for a jigsaw that was made from a photo of family members. It looks like glass in the front and not perspex. I will purchase further frames if required from here as item well packed and delivery time also good. Looks good up on the wall and can be hung vertical or horizontally. Very pleased with my purchase.

Lovely frames, perhaps not as heavy as I would have expected for the size, was also a little sceptical about the thickness of the perspex, instead of glass, but does the job. One of the corners was slightly damaged but "coloured it in" with a thick black marker pen. So all in all, good for the price and does the job! Pleased with my purchase and would order again.

Over the past 18 months I have bought 6 of these frames. Every frame arrived in perfect condition. So pleased with these frames that I kept buying more. 6 frames, multiple deliveries- no problem at all. Yes, the protective film over the perspex can be a little tricky to remove - so here are some tips. 1) Make a start on both sides to begin with. This means you don't need to handle the bare stripped first side when you move on to the 2nd (I recommend starting at opposite corners). 2) Don't try to peel the plastic film off in one movement, take your time and lift small sections at a time supporting the perspex near to the part you're lifting (I use a hankey to hold the perspex down so I don't get fingerprints on the bare perspex). Supporting it like this - while the perspex is lying flat on a towel on a stable,flat surface - means you will not put undue pressure on the perspex and possible snap it. 3) When lifting the plastic film, don't try to peel it all in the one direction. Work around the edges towards the centre of the perspex. If you follow these tips, take your time, and work gently then you will be fine. The plastic film is REALLY stuck on there so don't try to just rip it off. Really cool frames at a great price. I am in no way being rewarded for this review. I am a genuine customer with OCD and I am so glad to find decent frames that I can match (the frames in my bedroom are a different colour than the ones in the living room- walnut, I think, in the bedroom, and black Ash effect in the living room). Great frame at a nice price.

I wanted a simple square picture frame with a black border to mount a jigsaw puzzle. This one is a perfect fit for my 59.5cm square jigsaw. The frame was delivered wrapped in a large sheet of cardboard and shrink-wrapped in cellophane. The corners had plastic protection mouldings and the clear acrylic sheet had a protective film on both sides. The frame has a black wood grain effect, the corners are accurately mitred and it has a thin backing board with a hook to hang it on the wall. After, removing all the packaging and protective film I inserted the assembled jigsaw, put the backing board on and held it in place using the small clips in the frame. I didn't use glue to keep the jigsaw assembled because it stays together when sandwiched between the acrylic sheet and the backing board. Because it isn't glued I have the option to do the jigsaw puzzle again. For the current price of £13.35 including delivery, it is well made, excellent value for money and was exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended. Update 19-5-2025: I've completed another jigsaw that I wished to frame and though there were slightly cheaper frames available on Amazon I was happy with the quality of the one I bought before from this seller so have purchased another of a different size. The new frame is just as good a quality as the one I puchased previously and was delivered undamaged. My jigsaw was 0.5cm shorter than the frame is designed for but the rebate allowed for that. I'm still happy to recommend this seller and willl have no hesitaion from buying from them again.

The frame itself is excellent — great quality and exactly as described apart from having no wall hooks attached which means I now need to buy hooks for the frame. The seller was also very helpful and did their best to support my query, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the delivery company Evri caused a lot of frustration. They claimed they “attempted delivery” when they hadn’t, and the tracking app didn’t update at all after that supposed first attempt. I ended up wasting days waiting in for a parcel that should have arrived without any issues. When the parcel finally did show up, the driver didn’t even chap the door — they just left it outside. Brilliant product and a supportive seller, but the delivery service was extremely disappointing.
