I like it, works for me in my apartment. It compact easy to install, and it works. I do my pull ups, rows and push ups dips and leg raises. Hanging all in one work out machine. I also use a bench that's fits in center of machine for bench press with dumbbells. After words bench fits right inside. Excellent for those days not wanting to goto the gym. Holds well, sturdy for me.

I put this together with assistance from my son. He guided me thru the instructions and helped with some of the harder parts. Love this. Its slow goung building up strength. I started by hanging just try to go longer each time. Same with knee raises. I also bought the pull up assist. Still can't do a pull up but I am going to keep trying til I get there! Im 63 btw.

This is a pretty affordable option. It works fine and I will get use out of it, but it definitely lacks amazing quality.1. once the holes were lined up and everything put together, one base leg protrudes more than the other by half to a full inch.2. just kinda bothersome, the logo on the back pad is crooked. if you are a perfectionist it could bother you.3. parts were bent, which made it difficult to line up and get fully put together4. tools they include are not good to use, I recommend using a higher quality socket wrench to put this together.I don't regret my purchase, but just be aware this is amazon and quality is lacking.

Pretty solid construction. It took me an hour to assemble. I highly suggest using a socket wrench, or a ratchet though (I believe it was an 11/16 bit) otherwise it will take way longer with the tools they provide. I'm about 164cm and had no problem using any of the features.

Perfect product

This device came with all that was needed, but it wasn't able to straighten out whether on carpet or straight floor, but it could've been due to me starting it off on carpet. After doing pull-ups on it though (with proper form), I only experienced shoulder pain, no gain at all. The bars are far too wide and it is not helpful for shoulders. The height is good enough for a full rep. I an 6 foot 1, and was able to use it just fine in my room in which I can touch the roof if I use my tippy toes. The weight isn't bad because I was able to carry and move it around with my bare hands. The stability is horrible on carpet and it shakes if you shake (probably since it doesn't weigh too much). 3 stars because it wasn't able to be straightened out once put together on carpet, and is also incapable of being used on carpet at all without pitting things under it for stability, and finally, it isn't fit for pull ups as my shoulders began feeling like they were sprained, not sore from muscle growth, but from muscle pain and damage.[NOTE]It was returned a while ago, so no pictures or videos.

This thing is built like a champ. I've purchased other pull up bars and this one is built well. Stable, no wobbles & the finish of the metal is pretty smooth. The grips on the handles are also a nice touch. This works well INSIDE & OUTDOORS.Keep in mind that I paid $100 for this item, that played a big part in my review.

Excellent price on this equipment that you can perform so m any different exercises on. The key is to USE it.
