I bought this not for snoring even though I do snore loud. I bought it because during winter it’s so dry I have a hard time breathing through my nose. Every morning I’d wake up with my mouth so dry, my tongue like sand paper and drool all over my pillow. I’ve tried a humidifier, breath right strip ect. But nothing has helped. This is night two and I’ve already see a big difference waking up and still being able to breath out my nose and no dry mouth. I asked my husband how my snoring was and he said I still snore but it wasn’t very loud so I guess it helped with the loudness. I hope this review helps

These seem to help with snoring can be a little uncomfortable when you roll over on them

I don't snore, but have lower 02 when I sleep. I thought I would try these to see if they help, but couldn't get any of the sizes to work - must have really small nasal passages. The dialtors are very soft silicone or like material and they include several different sizes, however, they were all too big for me and almost made the opening in my nose more closed because they didn't fit. In fact, I am not sure who could use these, thus my review.  Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Bottom line, I pay for all my stuff, just like you do.

They might work for general snoring, but they don't work at all for a deviated septum. Some of the reviews said they helped with a deviated septum, but I guess they might have not has a deviation ad severe as mine. On the positive note, they are soft silicone so they are not uncomfortable like other nose cones I've tried. If you're looking for something to help with snoring these might work for you, but I don't recommend getting them a deviated septum at all.

Can’t believe how much better they are at opening nasal passages vs. the strips that don’t work all that well and tear your skin up. The only reason I took off one star is that I can’t buy the sizes I want. They come in 4 sizes and the small ones are too small for my big nostrils. They should sell packs of the same size in larger packages. Anyone out there who wants to buy a few packages and do a cookie swap let me know!

I would like to know why none of the companies who offer this product or one like it offer a number of the SAME size for those of us who only wear ONE size? It's a waste of money to purchase a multi-sized pack when a customer will only wear one size.

Need to be a little longer for me!
