I love Amazon reviews, I never would have bought this without the reviews and praise the machines received.The price on these duplicators is incredible and it's a brilliantly easy machine to use.My duplicator was double boxed and that box was put in an outer shipping box for even more protection. My duplicator arrived fast and in perfect condition.It's an attractive black PC style tower loaded with disc drives. Open the top drive, put in the original you want to copy. Open the lower drives (as many as you need), load with blank media, close the drives and press enter, off it goes. In less than five minutes I made five perfect CD copies, I love it, what a time save.I have a recording studio and we're constantly making CD copies for band members, this duplicator is really going to speed up the process and take away the pain. I'm sure it will pay for itself quickly.I was going to buy the 3-disc model but the five was only $50 more so I went for that. You don't need to fill every drive with blank media, you can make one copy if that's all you need.An awesome machine, thanks Amazon!

This duplicator is my first personal duplicator. I was used to using one at a major advertising distributor. When my business partner got laid off, I had to get my own (not thrilled about that).The first job this one did was 100 printed label DVDs. A smaller run. It took about 11 minutes to burn and verify at a slow burning speed. Acceptable for my use. By the time I had 5 stuffed in cases with labels, and had a beverage, the next ones were ready. (I'm a one man shop). I think if I keep growing that side of my business, I may get a second one, or a 10 target copystars.As far as the drives, my personal opinion of LG is not good. None of these were DOA, and they made it thru 20 burn cycles. I plan to either swap them out with Asus DVD burners or Bluray burners as they die. I'm not too concerned. Please keep in mind that drives die. I go thru them every other year or so. I like Asus, but that's me. I know guys that are diehard LG pimps. Good for them.Fair price, Prime eligible (when I ordered), had it fast, ready to go out of the box.

JUNK. Came in with DVD master and three copies in unit. Was told "not used, just testing unit with those DVDs".. Yeah. Right. I kept it as this was the SECOND one (first was DOA). After thirty copies, it no longer powers up. Tried different power cords, etc. NO POWER. Warranty is three years/one year. So, how do I return this junk? I'm in a sad situation in that I need to duplicate about 100 CDs and DVDs for a project......can't 'cause this junk won't power up.CONTACT ME NOW. JEE

I use this copier to serve in christian ministry, copying photo DVD's for a prison ministry. The unit has cut my time by 80% in copying DVD's. This will copy 1 - 1 through 1 - 5, making quick work of a tedious, time consuming task. I recommend this unit for its ease of use.

I purchased one of these is 2014 and the only problem I've ever had was I had to glue the top label back on. I cannot image how many thousands of copies I've put though this thing. Great product. Can't speak to customer support as I've never had a need to use it.

The first thing I noticed when plugging this in was a very audible clicking noise from the power supply. When i turn it ON it goes away, when I turn it OFF it returns instantly. I have worked with many PC's which this basically is, and have never known that to be normal. We also have two other duplicators that don't do this. I emailed Copystars and was told that it was a normal noise and all of their machines did that. Well, if that's the case, I don't want an exchange either. So I returned it and Amazon gave me a full refund (Thanks Amazon).In all fairness, I did go through many reviews and no one complained about the noise or mentioned it. I also did try the machine once and aside from the noise when OFF, it did work perfectly. I was not comfortable with a possibly defective power supply that I had to keep unplugged for fear of it causing a fire which I am not sure it would have hence the return but I don't like to take that kind of chance. I also was not happy with the response from Copystars and cannot believe all of their machines make this noise. That's why I gave it 2 stars. I hope it works well for you as it has for many others if you buy from them.Update: After my review, Copystars did contact me to apologize for the communications error and the unit.

i like this machine is easy to use, very fast and very nice. is smol no need to many space.
