Very happy with this laptop. I wanted a "good" sized screen, so watching various videos wouldn't be a strain. Love the touch of the keypad. It's been very easy to set up and customize for my needs.

I purchased this laptop …. because I’m not computer genius I decided too try it out but ended up retuning it because I wasn’t happy with how fast it was. To my surprise I was charged a $72 restocking feeSo my advice is if you not sure your going to love it don’t buy it.

09-26-17Here is my (next day) update. I had the laptop boxed up to take to a local service provider, but decided to try it one more time. I plugged it into a wall outlet and it fired up immediately! Turns out that the outlet on the plug strip I was using was the culprit. I am not sure if a helpdesk would even suggest trying that. The plug strip actually has outlets that work. I am truly satisfied this laptop is working fine. I still only give it 4 stars, because I believe it is important to be able to talk to people about the unit, rather than going through layers of screens. Just give me a phone # to call.09-25-17The laptop stopped working. I bought it near the end of June and until today all was well. This afternoon it turned off, and now it won't even power up. There is no customer support information on the Amazon site. I'm out over $300. until I can find out what to do by contacting the manufacturer directly. It has a warranty. Funny it lasted just a tad past the return/support window.

Great size for my small desk and I like that the keys are flat on the keyboard so it is easy to clean the keyboard.

I returned this computer. I was highly disappointed with it. It felt cheap and ran sooooo slow. Every time I clicked on something it would take forever to open up. Beyond terrible I would no recommend anyone use this unless your a turtle and have all the time in the world to wait for stuff to open up.

I've had such a hard time evaluating this laptop that I've been putting off writing this review. But it's time. The long and short of it is that it's OK. The price point is low, and I think it's a good value for your dollar. It has a large and vivid (though not high-def) screen. Put it side by side with an HD laptop and you'll see the difference right away, but it does just fine for watching streaming video and doing everyday tasks. The performance too is mixed. It seems slow to get off the ground when you open it up from sleep. But once it's fully awake, it seems to do rather well, again for a low-priced laptop doing everyday tasks like browsing. It came preloaded with the usual software, but it didn't seem epically loaded with bloat, which was a good thing. The largest annoyance was that it came loaded with McAfee antivirus software and a one- or three- month trial, so once that expires, you'll get a barrage of annoying boxes and will need to either pony up money or find a different antivirus solution (I went with Avent free). It has a DVD drive, which is nice to see, as they're going away quickly (we still like to watch DVDs; call us old fashioned if you want). The touch pad seems fine. The keyboard may take some getting used to (but that's the same with pretty much any laptop), but again, it seems fine. All in all, this computer is, well, fine. I think it's a strong choice at this price point for a conventional laptop. No touch screen, HD monitor, etc., but then you don't pay for them either. So it's worth considering. It definitely isn't a boat anchor.

Only used it a couple of weeks, but it is a great work computer for me. I love it.

I bought this computer and only have used it like 2 times it isnt functioning properly. The keyboard is not working at all. I am very disappointed with this! I wasted all my money.
