My energy and mood are both subtly improved with regular use of this vitamin. I have to take it with food: as little as a single-serving yogurt or a piece of toast works for me. In addition, I have to take it no later than Noon. If I take it after Noon, I have more difficulty than usual getting to sleep. The benefits are worth the price even on my limited budget.
