I did alot of research and found everything I need to stay healthy, and this vitamin was on that list. I just started taking it 3 weeks ago, and let's be real, it's not some cure all, but they say I need it. I've been taking Supplements: 1) BRONSON product Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) plus Vitamin Vitamin K2 (as MK 7) to complement "Magnesium Glycinate and Magnesium Citrate." In addition, I take PURE product Vitamin B6 (as P5P). All made in USA, LAB tested and certified by GMP. It sounds complicated, but I learned thru a few researches indicating that "Magnesium Glycinate," "L-Theanine" and "Magnesium Citrate" works best to activate the efficacy of the products with the above mentioned Vitamin supplements and WITH MEAL, 2 hours before bedtime, 1 tablet each." I still wake up several times, but am able to go back to sleep.
