Awesome motor speed controllers
Both switches functioned flawlessly out of the packaging. Installation was a breeze with a clearly marked terminal block. Speed control is precise and smooth. I guess that knob colors are random; mine were green.

Works as described.
Some has stated that they don't work. Well the ones I received work as they are intended. No problem at all.

Hmm suspicious
I installed this on leds strip white lights. Everything I have done is correct, as in power from battery ---->to the fuse----> to the on/off switch and finally to this voltage step down or up. The lights lights up and dim down...... but with NO power to it and deactivating the on/off switch, somehow it still sends power to the lights. If i turn up the voltage when switch is OFF it finally shuts down like it should. Its a mystery

Lacks low end power
I'm using one of these to replace a burned out PWM on a magnetic lab stirrer to mix hobby paints. It does great at high speeds, but really struggles at low speed. Which kinda sucks because higher speed can introduce air & create almost a frothy paint.Anyway, easy to use & does the job. Unless you're looking for low end (slow) speed. I plan to try a lower powered power supply & see if that helps. I'll update when I try it.

Works just fine
I grabbed these because the motor turning our disco ball spins way to fast. It’s a 3v DC motor. This little unit is small, acts as an on/off switch and I can regulate the ball from about 2 rpm to nearly 12. Just what the doctor ordered. I’ve used units like this before on other projects but this is the smallest I’ve had and works just fine and the price was reasonable.

Very small and perfect for my project
The media could not be loaded. This was the perfect solution for my mock weather station project. The original motor recently went bad in my 'reverse anemometer' and upon replacement with another motor I had laying around the RPMs were way too fast (about 1,000 RPM). I am powering with a 5 Volt power supply and needed to slow the RPM down to about 100 which is what I did.I didn't think to take a picture before installation, but the unit is very small and it fit nicely in the switch box shown in my photos.
