This extension was exactly what I needed. The cable feels strong and does not seem like it would break very easily. The long length of the cable provides that distance necessary to make it useful in multiple scenarios. Additionally, I did not notice any loss of charging speed or connectivity while using this product.

I like this USB-C extension cable, I used it to extend from it from my charging brick to my bed so I can charge my device, Seem its well made not a flimsy one, braided wire is a plus to add more durability to the cable wire, connectors also is good quality and the technical speed printed in the cable is 10GBps but did not test it cuz I only used this for charging for now and no plans of knowing the speed maybe in the future will use this a data cable, this cable is design for data transfer and charging, overall recommend this product .

I used this for a camera that needed a little more length, and used Type-C, with one side hard-wired. This worked perfectly for the camera as it needed both power and data. The cable was nice and thick, so I have some confidence it won't break any time soon.

UPDATE: after using its clear this cable doesn’t meet specs for data transmission. I used it to extend an external camera when connecting it to my computer and it made the video feed choppy it dropped frames and consistently had issues. I’ll be using this cable just for charging, so don’t plan to use it for data.I recently purchased this USB-C cable and, while it serves its purpose, it comes with a couple of quirks worth noting.One key feature of USB-C is its universal orientation, allowing the cable to be plugged in either way. However, this particular cable only works in one orientation. This was a bit disappointing and seems to be a cost-saving measure in its design. While not a dealbreaker for me, it’s something to keep in mind if you’re used to the flexibility of true USB-C functionality.That said, the cable itself appears well-made, with high-quality braiding that gives it a durable and premium feel. While I haven’t tested its speed capabilities, nor confirmed whether it supports charging, it has worked fine for my immediate needs. Just be aware of its unidirectional nature—it might not be the right fit for everyone.Overall, this cable does the job, but its design limitation makes it less versatile than other USB-C options. If you’re okay with the unidirectional quirk, it’s a solid and sturdy option.
