Single opinion on "Kettlebell Kings" kettlelebell."l
The "bell" to me is fine. Adjusting it is not a "snap on" system. It is best to keep the '2' small tools used for adjusting (2-4 minutes) close by. It would've been much more comfortable for large handed guys/gals to use double handed, if the top of the handle was at least 3-4" wider. Otherwise it's great.

Best adjustable competition kettlebell on the market
If you're considering spending a few hundred dollars on an adjustable competition kettlebell and have done a bit of research it's likely you've narrowed your choices to Kettlebell Kings or Bells of Steel. End of July 2025 Kettlebell Kings was $229.99, while Bells of Steel was $330.99. A **WHOPPING** $101 difference. What do you get for that extra money? 1. Quality-wise **ABSOLUTELY NOTHING**; powder coat/paint, grade of steel, and locking system are **EXACTLY THE SAME** for both bells. 2. Bells of Steel differentiates themselves by offering 0.5kg and 1kg (1x each) weight plates along with the standard 2kg, 3kg, and 4kg plates. Nice marketing gimmick, but kettlebells work **MULTIPLE MUSCLE GROUPS** to target **STRENGTH & ENDURANCE**. Do an online search and you'll see that experienced kettlebell users recommend 2-4kg weight progression for both male & female. To back up the statement above, purchased the Kettlebell Kings for a female in her late 40s who had **NEVER DONE ANY TYPE OF STRENGTH TRAINING**. She easily progressed in 2, 3, and 4 kg increments in the past month. Yes, in only **1 MONTH** - very proud of her for putting in the work. 💪💪 Liked her bell so much I picked up a second one a few weeks later. Don't get me wrong. If micro-loading is your thing and you have the extra cash more power to you. But practically speaking, 0.5kg and 1kg progression add **ZERO** value for most people. $101 saved is **MUCH** better spent on a 2nd or 3rd training tool like a steel club, mace, or sandbag. You'll get stronger as a result of having more variety in your training.

Great Buy
Very well built, packaging was great, finish could use a little work where the two halves meet, but I’m not worried about it because it’s a piece of gym equipment. Worth every penny. Beats having a gaggle of kettlebells.

Disappointed in quality
Package that was received had a return label on it. The bell didn't align and had some chipping. The grip was rusting.

Design changed from a year ago. Waste of time
I bought one of these a year ago and I really liked it. I decided to buy a second one expecting that it would be the same quality. It was not. The bottom portion didn't align with the to part of the bell. The bolt and nut were also so tight I had to use extra tools and force to open up the bell. The mounting hole in the weights was so tight with the threaded core that it was very hard to take them off or put them on. At one point I put in a couple of weights and hand tightened the nut, when I went to take them off I saw the plates were crooked and I had to take it outside and drop the bell on concrete to get them loose. I don't know what happened in the past year but this is not the same thing I ordered before. This is way to hard to use. The tools that came with it were not as good as the ones I got last year. Not worth the time to figure out and return. Just skip it.

Great product!
Bell is pretty comfortable and makes a lot of movements easy and comfortable to perform. Amazing quality. Only reason I’m not giving 5* is because the screw hole at the bottom of my shell doesn’t line up with the one in the rod so the bell doesn’t go together correctly.

Incredibly difficult to get the halves apart
So to be fair, I’m athletic, not a bodybuilder, but I have a home gym with free weights (dumbbells, from 10lbs to 50lbs and number plates fit well over three hundred pounds and three different benches, curl bars, etc) Both kettlebells, the retaining screw was so hard to get off, I had to use a plumbers wrench, and tap the inserted allen wrench to get the screw to “break” free so I could remove the shell to get to the weight plates inside. The first kettlebell, (I bought two), opened up like a charm and I was able to easily remove the retaining nut and adjust the weight stack to my comfort level). It went back together fairly quickly and I turned my attention to the second kettlebell. Same problem as the first, retaining screw was incredibly hard to remove and I had to “hammer” the allen wrench to get it to break free. That’s where the similarity between the two stopped. No matter what I did, I could now get the “loose” lower half to separate from the upper half. I tried everything at my disposal. I tried rolling it along the seam and picking it up a half inch or so to “tap” it. I tried actually tapping it with the plumbers wrench handles along the seam. I tried using the other kettlebell and while holding one in each hand tapping them together while rotating them and then setting them down, adjusting my grip and continuing to rotate until they went full 360, and nothing. I gave up at that point, went back to Amazon and ordered a rubber mallet set. So here I sit with a 70lb doorstop, just patiently waiting for my rubber hammer set to arrive. So be warned, and maybe order a rubber mallet set at the same time as you order the kettlebell(s) just in case. They are sturdy as hell though… cast iron and built like a tank…. But, it’s kind of ridiculous how hard they are to open.

Solid construction. No missing parts. If you are on a budget and want one kettlebell to work out with get this item. Comfortable grip and size makes for easy use. Changing weights takes a little while to secure everything properly but I do not need to jump between weighs mid workout so its no issue for me. Great product and saves me a couple hundred £ from buying each weight individually.
