Overall, these booties worked very well for my 85 lb Goldendoodle. They are easy to get on and off and my dog does not seem to mind them. I used them to help heal a ripped off dog pad. I'd wrap the wound in gauze and then put the boot over that. They stayed on pretty well and helped the healing process. Much better than a sock and duct tape (which I have also done). My only issue is I had to buy a second four pack as after a while of getting wet and going on/off they do wear down. However, I'd 100% buy these again!

We tried many of the shoes and socks for dogs and they are all a significant improvement over past shoes of 20 years. We have had only Weimaraners, our current 11 year old female 75 lbs. is having difficulty with aspects of indoor and outdoor tiles with her arthritis and some neurological back leg issues as our other older dogs. I knew I would have to fit her, but Amazon has the largest and best selections. Some of the shoes I liked were just wrong for her and it was obvious.I noticed the following for older dogs: 1- biggest pad possible that is a larger rectangular or oval shape.2- easy to put on with a cut running down the side like a sneaker for shoes.3- 2 straps instead of 1 strap for big dogs.4- socks with large bottoms and 2 straps.5- shoes or socks do not turn while wearing.6- both sides similar just in case shoes or socks turn.7- your dog will know which is better quickly because they start walking correctly without the funny clydesdale marching!8- your dog will wear them for the first time for 12 hours without coming off, turning or acting upset.9- it is critical to get the perfect size and measurements!We found 1 perfect shoe and 1 perfect sock for our older Weimaraner and bought both for her and was easy for us to put on. Follow up to my reviews. This dog shoes are not made for everyday use. After after a short time of use one of these dog boots tore along the seam between the sole and the fabric. There is no practical method to sew the boot for repair. This morning two boots fell off my dog's paws. I wrapped the Velcro closures tight before starting the dog walks. Cannot wrap and tighten the closures so much in cuts off circulation to the dog's paws. In a busy world and when time is precious; when you expect halfway decent quality in purchased products; when you need to question three, four, five star reviews for these dog boots then look elsewhere for dog boots. If all you want is dog boots that last for two months without any problems; if you do not allow your dog to run in these dog boots; if you have a lot of patience and time tracking and searching for lost dog boots then this is a product for you.Taking more time to write an updated review about the replacement doggie boots. HaveGet replaced the first set of HaveGet Waterproof Dog Shoes. So far, after a 45 days of using these doggie boots the replacement boots are failing faster and wearing out faster than the first set of HaveGet doggie boots. Today I sewed the velcro, used to secure the doggie boots, on one of the boots on to the boot after the velcro tore off the doggie boot while removing the boot from my dog's paw. Two of the boots already have three holes in the back of the boots foreshadowing premature wear and tear. The doggie boots are not waterproof. They are water resistant. The boots, once in wet snow, or water puddles, allow moisture to seep through the boot fabric and the dogs' paws get wet while inside the boots. The good about HaveGet Waterproof Dog Shoes is they are easy to put on the dog's paws. The bright color makes the boots easy to find if one of the boots falls off one of the dog's paws, and they will fall off if the dog gets playful, or tries to run with the boots on. So far, no dog boots I've tested stay on my dog's paws when the dog is running or playing. Deep, wet snow will suction off the boots from the paws. All doggie boots require suspenders but I cannot envision how dogs will like them. These doggie boots do keep snow, ice and mud off the dog's paws, and probably keep the dog's paws warmer than they will be without the doggie boots.This is an update on the review below. I received replacement boots mailed to me from China. That is amazing. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.Used these dog boots on my golden for five months. Within four months the fabric along the soles of the dog boots separated from the dog boots' souls. Waiting for a reply from the seller about warranty advice. Otherwise these dog boots are great. One fell of one time and I walk by pup through, snow, mud, rocks and sometimes on concrete, when I venture into the city. Will write again once I hear about the warranty and return policy. If you take your dog on easier paths then you may never see the premature wear and tear on these dog boots. I looked up the manufacture's web site and the company that makes these dogs boots is in China. They may be a wholesaler/manufacturer with lax QC at times.

My dog needed a boot after surgery to remove a tumor from a rear toe. These boots are waterproof and have a thick sole that is great protection from stones, sticks and pine needles as well as keeping dirt out of the wound. They are easy to get on and off. The velcro is very strong. Bought a size to fit over a bandage, after bandage was removed I use a sock to insure a good fit. My dog has been wearing a boot 5 or 6 times a day for 2 weeks when we go outside and they are still like new. She will need one for another couple of weeks so I am really pleased with quality. My only complaint is that all four boots are designed more for a front foot then rear, but that seems to be the case with all of the dog boots on the market.

My aging German shepherd was dragging one of his hind feet just enough to cause injury on walks so I ordered him a set of these shoes. He loves them! They are so easy to put on and they stay on pretty well, too. They help him grip better when he walks, and now he's walking with more confidence and zest. Since he only needs them for his back feet, I've also got an extra pair. These shoes made all the difference in Wolfie's world, and I'm glad I bought them.

I really like the boots. They're easy to open and close. It's kind of hard to fit the dog's paw into the "toe" part, but it's not too bad.But I'm pretty disgusted at the fact that there's as much styrofoam stuffed into the package than there is product! What the heck do these Chinese companies do that for? It's a neoprene and rubber boot for goodness sake. I'd never recommend these for that reason. This styrofoam will be in the landfill for millenia, and it served absolutely no purpose at all! Also, it isn't legal to send it here (to my city).When I told the seller this, they lied and said it was cotton. I’m not stupid - I can tell the difference between styrofoam and cotton. Sheesh. That really made me angry.
