I almost didn't get this one but it was buy onee get one with a different nook I wanted so I got it as an afterthought and I'm so happy I did! It's sooooooooo cute and detailed and the quality is great! Every piece fit together perfectly and was high quality with great detail. Even the little cash register on the upper level has a total checkout price on it. The bottom part has the cutest little piece that you can rotate from the outside so you can choose to have it be a little panda barista counter or a retro bookshelf style scene. The lighting is placed really well so when you turn it on the entire nook is lit up perfectly with a lovely soft glow. It was also simple enough to be beginner friendly. The one thing I'd say is that the wax paper used to look like paper doors or on the wall lamp doesn't stick very well with super glue so I'm not sure if I was using the wrong kind or what. I did eventually get it to stick with a mix of super and tacky glue.b it also drains batteries pretty quickly so I'd recommendb getting some rechargable ones.

This seamed a bit overwhelming at first, but when you follow the directions step by step it is easy!Pros:Everything is labeled well.The chip board is sturdy and a good quality.The colors are vibrant.The directions are easy to understand with most being illustration and short sentences.The items come away from the Lazer cut chip board easily and undamaged.The step by step progression helps to build the Book Nook without having to undo anything you've built already.The completed product fits on our book shelf perfectly.It looks great with the light on!Cons:Doesn't come with glue or batteries.One step was missing in the instructions, but I was able to figure out where that piece went.This was a fun project and I would love to build another one in the series.My husband bought a different brand for himself and asked me to put it together for him. Wow, what a huge difference between the two brands.This brand is much better!!

Ok while I LOVED the finished product, I will never get one like this again LOL. I had to put all those books together, meaning I had to cut out all the little papers and glue them individually to the wood blocks and then make some paper ones. Hundreds of books! Otherwise it was pretty neat to watch everything come together. And it looks adorable on my bookshelf with the light. Ok I might get one like this again.......

Bought this for my 16 yr old granddaughter who had a great time assembling this unique piece. All the pieces were easy to pop out and no damage to any. Finished product turned out amazing- great find. Will be looking for our next kit. Just know that on this one you will need to buy glue and batteries for the lights.she used gorilla super glue with brush. Good control of glue. Get this! You will love it too especially if you love books and miniatures!

This was a fun build but a little frustrating. Not all of the pieces fit together very well and the quality of the material was not the best. There are some cute little details which I appreciate but given the theme of this book nook, there could have been so many more details that really could have made this one stand out. In addition, I did not like that the touch light is inside the book nook so you have to remove the dust cover which is just silly. Overall I would recommend for someone who has some patience and experience building things like this, but I definitely think it could have been better overall.

Easy to follow instructions. Nice project for hot summer afternoons. The finished product is very quaint and looks great.

These make great gifts for your Bookish people! I got a few for my friends for Christmas and they love them. Nice little hobby to do and you get a cute space on your shelf to look at.

It was fun and perfect for relaxing. The only thing is that the cutting and gluing takes time more than anything. It could have been better if they have it as sticker like any other nook kit. We'll, we can't be all picky. Fun to assemble.
