the product arrived in damaged and unacceptable condition Specifically, the right-side glass has been fitted from wrong side,which is not only visibly defective but also renders the sunglasses completely unusable. This is a clear sign of carelessness in product inception and packaging,I had expected a quality item as advertised, but this level of oversight is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I trusted your store with my purchase, but what I received not only failed to meet expectations, it shows a lack of basic quality control.
