The bike trainer stand comes with a front wheel block. No need to purchase extra block.

Hi, it is very quiet, you can read with no interruptions, watch a movie or TV. You can barely hear the hum of the back wheel when I ride mine at 5:00 am., when everyone else is sleeping.It is a great buy extremely quiet. I've had mine a couple of years, I love it. Q: Does it come with the Front wheel riser block?

It's a tiny oval-shaped riser piece that you can see in the trainer's pictures.
