Perfect vampire cape for my 3 & 1/2 year old child for Halloween. It's a tad long, though with shoes he isn't tripping over it. Looks nice, and decent quality for the price. Essentially it is reversible and can be worn with the red or black side out. The collar isn't rigid, which was a big plus because my child didn't like another brand where the collar was too stiff around the neck. Would recommend.
