KISS
A number of year ago I wrote a one-star review on an Interplak flossing system. In short, the unit was difficult to turn on with one hand, and the water plug in the bottom of the reservoir would fall out when turned upside down, say when emptying it in the sink. The first time I did this, the plug almost went down the drain. After figuring out a usage protocol, I was able to use the unit for many years, though it was a love-hate thing. Finally, it mercifully died, and it was time for a new one. After a good deal of investigation I settle on another Interplak unit. With this one, the plug issue was corrected, and it's a snap to turn on with one hand, since it has a push button. I can grasp the unit with left my hand and push in on the button. (See the first photo.) With the right hand, one can control the nozzle flow. It's the other way around if you are left-handed. Caution: the nozzle is open in the default position, so don't turn on the unit when the nozzle is in the stored position. That is, unless you want to water floss your bathroom.I'm guessing this, the two-handed operation, was the design plan. Still, I use it a little differently. I fill the reservoir with hot water, add a little mouthwash, insert nozzle in the liquid, and turn on the unit. (See the second photo.) This techniques purges the left over cold water in the supply line, and mixes the water and mouthwash. I then depress the flow-control button on the hand nozzle to stop the water flow, insert it into my mouth, and release the flow control button. I've had the unit about a week and I love it. The storage drawer is a nice feature. It gives me a way to cache all the supply tips that I'll never use, but am reluctant to throw away. I don't see water flossing as major event, and for me the KISS aphorism was my selection criteria.

only half works
It iis not easy to turn on and the pause button on the handle doesn't work. The highest level of pressure isn't particularly high. other than that it's wonderful

It just doesn't function very well after a couple of years.
I am the only one that uses it and maybe the time I use it is a little over a minute. I just figured it would hold better, after cleaning every 3 months or so. I was wrong. So bought another brand, this time hopefully it will do better. I noticed the price has nearly doubled, which is surprising, except maybe Covid drove it up!

Lightweight and easy flossing system
This unit is very easy and lightweight to use unlike the previous battery unit I purchased. Easily maneuverable for flossing. Very happy with this unit.

6 month life
I had this brand for several years. Finally wore out, so I bought this one 6 months ago. It no longer has pressureand the adjustments for pressure do not change the pressure. At this point it is pretty much worthless.

Easy Use
Product is easy to set up and use. Also dependable and longer lasting than their competitor. Cleaning of teeth is also good.

Many power options but would have liked off button
I liked most everything about this except that there is no on/off button. When you plug it in it automatically starts spraying. The button has to be held down while plugging in. Anyone with arthritis would have a difficult time doing both at the same time. On the plus side my sink and mirror get cleaned often
