I order 2 pack set, but it only came with one bottle. Where is the other one ?

This stuff gently cleans the eye lashes and oil gland areas. It is better and gentler than using baby shampoo or wash. If you have blepharitis, you need to be using it twice a day. And one pump will clean both eyes. You just use your hands to gently scrub your eye lashes for a solid minute then rinse. It helps my eyes to feel refreshed and it doesn’t sting or burn. One bottle will last for months. It is expensive but i paid more for the exact same stuff at the eye doctor. And it does help with blepharitis and is good to just clean your eyelashes. One other thing- if you are traveling somewhere, do not let the bottle tip over. It will all leak out. So FYI .

Fast shipping and arrived via USPS in a padded 3 day priority mail envelope. The 2 Bottles Arrived in 3 days, in early January, UN damaged, not frozen ( I’m in northern Michigan) and not leaking. Hubby uses 3 different types of prescription eye drops, several times a day. This wash helps get rid of the crust and crud build up it leaves.

My 90 year old mom has Sjogren's and needs to cleanse her eyes daily. Moisturizing cleansers used on her face just did not work for her eye issues. This foaming dispenser is easy for her to use before her eyedrops as part of her daily routine. Oh! And her eye surgeon approved it as a substitute for the expensive prescription he wrote.

I have occasional blepharitis and dry eye. My doctor recommended Ocusoft Lid Scrub Pads and I used those for a couple of months but, although they did the job, at nearly $10 per box, I decided to try the foaming cleanser instead and I love it. The foam is cool and soft on your lids and gets them clean of grit and flakes. I apply the foam and then wipe the foam off with a damp cloth. Between the two, my lids no longer feel gritty and I have had no re-occurrence of the blepharitis. It is a great way to start the day. And it is a good deal cheaper. One $18 can lasts me about 7 months which equals about $70 of cleanser pads. Does a good job, feels better, and is cheaper. A no-brainer! (at least for me.)

This product is great! My 5 year old son has blepharitis and I was told by a Doctor that i should get used with his scaly eyelids, that there was nothing that would stopped it. So the doctor prescribed a product to clean his eyelids and that's it. Well, the product Calle Neutrox did absolute nothing to help. It actually seemed like the problem even got worse. Until I- the crazy mom- researched and found Eyes n Mites! I cant even explain how Happy I am with this product! My son's eyelid looks perfect, no more eye bugs as we call. I used this product for 1 consecutive week and the dandruff in his eyes disappeared, it's been already 2 weeks and no eyes dandruff at all! Very very very pleased with the results!

I love the pre-moistened pads, and my eye doctor recommended I try this version too. Although I love the convenience of being able to use it in the shower and rinse with the warm water to aid in cleaning, the foam itself feels ineffective to me. It's like (literally) just putting air bubbles on your eyes, so trying to rub the foam in after application doesn't really seem like it does much. After I finish these bottles I'll probably just go back to the pads.

GETS THE GUNK OUT OF MY DRY EYES

I always have issues with blepharitis/oily eyelids, and this foam is easy to use and feels good on the eyes, so the product is great for me and works better than those eyelid sheet wipes.Three stars though, because as with the other reviews, this is supposed to be a pack of 2 but I only received 1 bottle, customer service helped process a partial refund thankfully, so keep that in mind if you're purchasing this. I will probably purchase the individual bottles next time to be safe even if it is slightly more expensive.

Described as "Pack of 2" but I only received 1 bottle. I see there are some other people here with the same complaint. I phoned Amazon and they refunded me half the order price, I encourage others with this problem to do the same so the problem can be resolved.

Product arrive leaking and only 1 bottle out of 2 which was stated in the product title.Disappointing.
