Q: I was interested in getting this to add homemade whippd cream to my pies. Any idea approximately how many cartridges it would take to do one pie?

One cartridge will whip one pint of cream,and I believe it will do more than one pie ,but I must admit I have never covered a whole pie. I presume it would depend on how deep you made the whipped cream.

Hi Brian! It will stay charged for 7-10 days. That said, we recommend using it up to one week after charging in order to get the best results. And please shake it a few more times every time you want to spray out whipped cream after the dispenser has been in the refrigerator. Hope that helps :-)
