If you're looking to increase your muscle mass, this is the protein you should take. It has an amazing flavor; I love the chocolate one. The quality of this protein is unmatched. It doesn't cause stomach pain, and you can take it at any time of day. I take it after the gym, and my results started to show as soon as two weeks of use. I recommend it 100%.

This is a premium whey protein blend boasting 40g of protein per serving (2 scoops), with added leucine, BCAAs, Velositol for enhanced absorption, and digestive enzymes. It's marketed as clinically proven to boost muscle strength and size, and after a few weeks of use post-workout, I can see why it's popular among serious lifters.

Solid Formula but Overhyped Claims
I chose this protein powder for its rich formula, and taking it twice a day easily meets my daily needs. It mixes well with water, but when I added it to a fruit and milk smoothie, it foamed up and completely ruined the texture—something I never experienced with other brands. The packaging boldly claims a 30% muscle gain in 8 weeks, but the placebo group apparently saw almost 25% growth, making the actual difference pretty minor. Using such marketing tactics feels unnecessary and honestly undermines trust in the brand. Despite that, the product itself is solid and does the job.
