I chose this protein powder for its rich formula, and taking it twice a day easily meets my daily needs. It mixes well with water, but when I added it to a fruit and milk smoothie, it foamed up and completely ruined the texture—something I never experienced with other brands. The packaging boldly claims a 30% muscle gain in 8 weeks, but the placebo group apparently saw almost 25% growth, making the actual difference pretty minor. Using such marketing tactics feels unnecessary and honestly undermines trust in the brand. Despite that, the product itself is solid and does the job.
