Works very well.

I got this since I recently started a job where I will be working outside. I wear this with a baseball cap and it works great to protect my neck and ears from the sun. I also wore it sailing and have already been asked where I got it, since it worked so well for sailing. This works much better than other sailing hats I have tried which don't fully cover your neck and ears, like this hat drape does. My head is on the larger side and it is a little tight on me, but not too bad. I already bought a second one, so if one is in the wash, I have another available to wear.

Fits fine and it works as protection against the sun.

Soft fabric, like wearing a fine pair of panties on your head. Comfortable without a hat, unlike some which come with a drawstring - soft elastic headband stays where you put it.Extra excellent to douse in cold water on a hot day, nice and cool on the neck when doing yard work

Okay but not really practical.o

I am sensitive to sun. Unprotected exposure leads to scratches on my arms and neck. This material works wonderfully well to protect from sun. I have worn this in harsh sun few times over a cap and it does a good job to protect the back of my neck and ears. The material is little on the heavier side so doesn't flap away in mild wind conditions. Material is very soft. I haven't used it for too long so cannot comment on the durability of the elastic band but overall the quality of the product is very good. Happy with the purchase and will recommend it. Also will emphasis that it's not a replacement for sunscreen but it will add extra barrier when sunscreen fades away.

Actually, I had thought about inventing a product like this but now I can just buy it. I like that you can wear whatever hat and sweat band you want and keep the sun off your neck. This is lightweight and they've done a good job of making the head band stay in place without being too tight. I wouldn't mind having an optional and adjustable piece where you could connect the lower ends around your neck on windy days.

This was an additional order. My husband liked the product so well, we order another one. It not only protects his neck from the sun, it keeps the sweat from running in his eyes.
