We’ve tried other light-up balls before, but most felt flimsy or lit up too easily. What a cool spin on a baseball! We loved throwing this ball around in the backyard, and it was especially fun in the dark because it lights up! I’ve never seen a baseball like this before, and it was really good quality too, as a normal baseball is. The light was super bright as well, so super easy to see in the darkness.

Ugh. Bought for Easter so didn't open. Just opened today (Easter) and it won't work. Return window closed yesterday.Great customer service. I'm pretty sure the directions show putting the battery in the wrong way but we still tried both ways. Customer service helped. Not sure how it worked but after following their directions, we were able to reset and the ball works great!

****Update: the company reached out and sent a new one that works well. Appreciate the customer service. Purchased this as a Christmas present and when my son opened it there was no light tube in the box…. I now have a useless baseball with a hole and a sad kid.

First delivery of the ball would not turn on. Ordered a second one hoping it will work.

I purchased the on/off version. This ball is fantastic. I tried 2 others and they broke on the first use. The others do not have a shock absorber surrounding the components to keep them safe. This ball has an external battery included (a23, 4 pack for $5) and this excellent plastic shield that surrounds the battery and absorbs shock.We are at 2 weeks of SOLID play with this ball at night. Attached are pictures of what the ball and components look like after heavy use.My son is 13 and throws well. The ball is built to withstand the impact of play, not just for show. If your kid is struggling to track the ball while catching or you are trying to help them fine tune their throw, this is an excellent way to switch up your practice routine.DO NOT USE FOR BATTING PRACTICE! NOT MEANT FOR HITTING!

This was given as a birthday gift to my nephew. When I saw him a week ago he said it wasn't working despite numerous attempts to get it to light up. I am upset by this and ordered a replacement because he was very upset about it. Extremely disappointed. If he wasn't so upset about it I would never order a replacement. Lets see if this one actually works.
