Not a new item!
Item arrived used and had scratches. It was also no longer in the original packing state as the box had been opened and repacked again. It seemed the docking was used for some time by someone else then refurbished and reshipped.

I have numerous cables plugged into it, which helps me keep everything organized and prolongs my laptop's life by not relying on its internal screen and peripherals. The Dell dock makes it feel like you have a desktop setup without a mess of cables connected directly to your laptop.
